Key ingredients:
Cinnamon Hawthorn Berry (ShanZha)


4 cups of water, 2 sticks of cinnamon or rou gui, and 3 tbsp of dried hawthorn berries

  • Arugula
  • Beets
  • Carrots


Step 1: In a pot pour 4 cups of water, 2 sticks of cinnamon or rou gui, and 3 tbsp of dried hawthorn berries. Step 2: boil for 10 minutes divided into 3 doses and drink 3 times a day * Do this 1 week prior to usual onset of symptoms.
