Konnyaku & Cranberry Dieter's Delight

Good for:
Breakfast Brunch Lunch Appetizer Dessert Snack Side Dish Drink

Key ingredients:
Ginger Cranberries Cinnamon Konnyaku


1 medium apple
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 package of Konnyaku
1/2-1 cup of water
1/2 tbs. cinnimon

*Note: You will also need a blender of food procesor

** Note: After expieramenting with this recipe I always add about 1/2-1 inch of fresh Ginger to this snack. SO YUMMY!

  • Arugula
  • Beets
  • Carrots


Step 1: Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor
Step 2: Blend until all major chunks are gone
