This naturally sweet recipe will keep you feeling satisfied so you wont be tempted to eat all those high fat, high sugar treats always passed around during the holiday season. ENJOY!!!
1 medium apple
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 package of Konnyaku
1/2-1 cup of water
1/2 tbs. cinnimon
*Note: You will also need a blender of food procesor
** Note: After expieramenting with this recipe I always add about 1/2-1 inch of fresh Ginger to this snack. SO YUMMY!
Step 1: Place all ingredients in the blender or food processor
Step 2: Blend until all major chunks are gone
