Key ingredients:
Mung Beans


1 cup of throuroghly rinsed mung beans
3 cups of filtered water
dash of celtic sea salt

  • Arugula
  • Beets
  • Carrots


Step 1: Bring water to boil
Step 2: Add in rinsed mung beans, and dash of celic sea salt
Step 3: Turn the heat to low, simmer for 45-55 minutes or until all the water is absorbed and the beans are tender.
