Key ingredients:
Ginger
Mung Beans
Honey
Coconut Water
active manuka honey (16+ or higher),
2 cups of coconut water,
1 tbls. fresh ground ginger
1 cup of cooked mung beans.
Popsicle molds or disposable cups and popsicle sticks
Blender (does not need to be a vitamix)
Step 1: blend all your ingredients together until smooth
Step 2: Pour mixture into popsicle molds
Step 3: Place in freezer until frozen (about 2 hours)
*Note: if you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use disposable dixie cups and popsicle sticks.
