Black Bean and Cabbage Hummus Wrap

Key ingredients:
Tomato Black Beans Black Pepper



1 sprouted whole grain tortillia
1/2 cup of organic black beans
3 tbs of tomato basil hummus
1/4 cup of cabbage
1/4 cup of tomatos
fresh ground pepper

  • Arugula
  • Beets
  • Carrots


Step 1: spread the hummus on tortillia evenly from the center outward
Step 2: add black beans, cabbage, and tomatoes
Stop 3: top off with fresh ground pepper to taste
