2 eggs 1 egg white
3 oz of cooked extra lean organic free range turkey breast
1/2 cup arugula
1/4th cup chopped mushrooms
1tbls fresh Basil
1 green onion just the bulb chopped
Celtic sea salt
fresh ground pepper
and a mini casserole dish for baking
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2: Scramble the eggs
Step 3: whisk in your almond milk, basil, onion, pepper, and salt
Step 4: stir in mushrooms and arugula
Step 5: pour into your casserole dish
Step 6: place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Step 7: once goldon brown remove from oven, alow to cool for 5 min and enjoy!
