Tinnitus

This is a common problem that has two major causes. The first is a local problem in which there may be a local obstruction or infection, nerve damage, or drug interference. The second problem stems more from a systemic condition such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, or kidney weakness. Along with ringing in the ears, one may also complain of headaches, irritability, restlessness, dizziness, red face, sore back, vomiting, or nausea. Get plenty of sleep, massage the neck and head area, and try to live in a quiet, peaceful place if possible.

Avoid: loud noise, stress, tension, stimulating foods, spicy foods, smoking, alcohol, coffee
