6 cups of water, 2 oz of fresh ginger, 2 green onion stalks, a sprig of fresh fennel, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, and 2 tbsp dried orange peel or peel from 1 whole orange fresh orange peel
Step 1: in a pot add:
6 cups of water
2 oz of fresh ginger
2 green onion stalks
a sprig of fresh fennel
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp dried orange peel or peel
Step 2: Bring to a boil
Step 3: simmer for 10 min
Drink 3 times daily 1 week prior to usual onset of symptoms.
