1 very ripe mango peeled and cubed
1/2 cup of cooked forbidden black rice
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 ramekins or individual sized baking dishes
A blender or food processor
Step 1: Place all of the ingredients in your food processor or blender
Step 2: blend together till it is smooth...takes about a minute.
Step 3: pour the mixture into individual serving dishes
Step 4: bake at 350 for 30 min.
Step 5: Place individual serving dishes in the refrigerator for an hour, or until you are ready to eat.
Note: If you want to be extra fancy you can brule the top. Just sprinkle with brown sugar and using a kitchen torch, brown the top until golden brown.
