Dip for Celery Sticks & Carrots

Good for:
Brunch Lunch Appetizer Snack Side Dish Sauce Dressing Treat

Key ingredients:
Northern White Beans Walnuts Dill Parsley

Ingredients

2 cups soaked and cooked great white
northern beans (or 1 can drianed)
1 tsp. celery seed powder
1 tsp. dried onion powder
1 tsp. minced dried onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tbs. fresh dill weed
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Arugula
  • Beets
  • Carrots

Instructions

Place beans, celery seed powder, dried onion powder, minced dried onion, garlic powder, and almond milk into your blender or food processor. Blend together until smooth.
Note: If consistancy is too thick, add more almond milk.

Pour into your serving dish and stir in fresh dill, parsley and walnuts.

There you have it, a delicious and totally healthy dip that is perfect for veggies or chiips.
